We have chosen this cheese selection to suit a range of flavours and textures. Keeping in mind locality of the cheese is important to us too. 

Unfortunately, some cheeses will ultimately come wrapped in plastics. Wherever possible we have chosen wax wrapped cheese or a larger wheel, where we will portion them out for you and they will come wrapped in our 'If you care' parchment paper and grease proof paper bags. 

These are perfect with our range of chutneys too. Product images coming soon. 

  • Isle of Wight Blue -  This soft blue cheese is naturally rinded. It's covered in green, blue and white moulds, and has a mild blue flavour, though ripens quickly and becomes much stronger with age. Made with vegetarian rennet. 

  • Cornish Yarg - 200g A semi hard cows milk cheese made in Cornwall. Before being left to mature, this cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves, to form an edible, though mouldy rind. The texture varies from creamy and soft directly under the nettle coating to a Caerphilly-cheese like crumbly texture in the centre. 

  • Lancashire Black Bomb - Lancashire bombs are matured over two years, wrapped in muslin and dipped in Black wax. It is a rich mature cheese with a creamy, nuttyish flavour. 

  • Manchego - A sheeps milk cheese from the La'Mancha' central region of Spain. It is a semi-soft cheese with a firm and supple texture. It is known to have a fruity, nutty, sweet and tangy flavour. 

  • Tunworth - Our very own 'British' Camembert type cheese, made from cows grazing on the rich green fields of Hampshire. Tunworth has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, and a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.

  • Godminster Round - Organic Cheddar cheese encapsulated in a protective barrier of purple wax. Creamy butter flavour, characteristic of strong cheddar.
