This is slightly different from our usual meals, and a bit more exciting too.
Slow cooked pork shoulder, gently pulled, with spices and bbq flavours.
Alongside the pork are two balls of ready made herbed flatbread dough.
Simply defrost all together, remove the flatbread balls from the dish, heat the pulled pork as per instructions.
Flour a clean work surface and roll each into a flat circular shape. In a hot frying pan with a little oil, fry the flatbreads until just starting to brown, about a minute on each side.
Fill your flatbreads with pulled pork and top with slaw and fresh salad, sour cream etc.
