These Organic White Gomitini have several names, Elbow pasta, lumachine or lumache, in Italian, meaning little snails or snails. They make the perfect ingredient to mac and cheese. Also delicious with a rich tomato sauce, roasted aubergine, sprinkled with loads of parmesan and fresh basil.
