These organic rolled oatflakes make the perfect morning porridge or for the ultimate breakfast, make overnight oats by adding chia seeds and flaked almonds, layering with coconut milk and placing in the fridge overnight. The following morning simply stir and top with blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Can also be used for making granola and flapjacks. 

Oats have many benefits. They are a source of protein, high in fibre and release energy slowly, making one feel fuller for longer. They are also known to reduce cholesterol.
