PLEASE NOTE - Some schools do not allow nuts on their premises, so please select 'without nuts' and the nuts will be substituted with cranberries instead.
They contain pumpkin seeds, almonds (or cranberries for the no nut option) , dates, apricots, prunes, dark chocolate couverture, turmeric, a dash of cinnamon, cocoa powder, orange, desiccated coconut, honey (not included).
